Key Differences from Graveyard 7v7

·      No long poles permitted – Everyone plays with a short stick, encouraging all-around skill development.

·      No offsides – Every player is a field player, creating more flow and more opportunities.

·      No 8M arc – Opens up the game for faster ball movement and less delays.

·      Over and back rules apply – Smart decisions matter more than ever.

·      Goalie cannot cross midfield – Keeps the pace clean and balanced.

·      Missed shots = out of bounds – Shooting accuracy and decision-making are key.

·      Substitution is constant – Coaches and players must think the game, not just play it.

·      Unlimited roster size – Bring your whole squad and let them all get reps.

Player Benefits

·      More Playing Time – Continuous substitution means more reps, more touches, and more game involvement.

·      Faster Player Development – Everyone plays both ends - offense and defense - building complete lacrosse IQ.
